1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OrbitPOS software and services provided by Karma Alytix Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

OrbitPOS is a cloud-based business management platform that includes point-of-sale, inventory management, accounting, customer management, and reporting features. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

To use OrbitPOS, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

OrbitPOS is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use OrbitPOS only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or sublicense the service without authorization

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all business data you enter into OrbitPOS. We do not claim ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the services.

7. Intellectual Property

OrbitPOS software, design, and all related intellectual property are owned by Karma Alytix Pvt. Ltd. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service as described.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any downtime caused by maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karma Alytix Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of OrbitPOS.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with appropriate notice as specified in your service agreement. Upon termination, you may export your data within a reasonable period before it is deleted.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nepal.
